“I’ve had a problem left shoulder for over a decade - Stephanie’s work did more good than 3 months of rehab several years ago.”  - B.K.

“I had a 1 hour therapeutic massage with Stephanie the other day and it was amazing. I left feeling so much better and actually noticed a difference in the tension the next day. I would definitely recommend Stephanie to anyone in need of a therapeutic and effective experience.”    - Kaitlyn M.

“I had some particular spots that needed work and so Stephanie (my massage therapist) really kept in communication with me to make sure she was spending the right amount of time (and pressure) on each area since we had some time constraints.  The massage really helped (the spots she worked on were almost fully better the next day).”    - Laura W.

Stephanie graduated from the Cortiva Institute in Watertown, Massachusetts.  Her initial training included Swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, prenatal, and sports massage. Since then, she has been practicing full time while constantly working to expand her skill repertoire with advanced training in orthopedic massage for chronic pain, injuries, and postural imbalances.

After several years working in museums and earning a masters degree in art history from Boston University, Stephanie realized that the passion and fulfillment she sought in her work lay not in the sterile and detached world of art and artifact preservation, but in the warmth and energy of the healing touch she could provide through massage.

She seeks to provide her clients with a safe haven in which they can release all their tension, knowing their unique concerns will be appreciated and they will never feel judged. Her hands convey her compassion and empathy as she combines techniques that encourage relaxation while addressing areas of pain, tension, and stress, creating awareness and promoting the body’s natural healing process.

Stephanie is available on Monday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday.
