Patricia Crawford, M.Ac.
Patricia graduated from New England School of Acupuncture in 1994. She holds a Masters Degree in Acupuncture and an undergraduate degree in Psychology. She is Board Certified by the National Council for Certification of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She has been practicing in the Somerville/Cambridge area since 1994. Her practice includes Chinese, Japanese and Auricular Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal formulas, single use Western herbs, homeopathic detoxification, allergy elimination, metabolic and digestive enzyme evaluation and nutritional counseling.
Over the span of her years of practice Patricia has incorporated many varied alternative protocols to provide a comprehensive approach to healing. She views health as balance on a mental, physical and spiritual level.
As a general practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine, she treats many categories of disorders, including stress, weight issues, digestive disorders, women’s health, pain, infertility, anxiety, depression and many more disorders. The disorder is a byproduct of imbalance in the body. Finding and correcting the imbalance eliminates the disorder. This is the primary goal of the Acupuncturist.
To achieve balance in her own life Patricia is actively involved with the Winchester Players, a community theater, serving on their Board of Directors and participating in every production.
