Natalia's bodywork training began with a life-long involvement in the dance world. She discovered the healing benefits of massage when she became injured and had to deal with her pain during her workouts and performances. Natalia received her bodywork training at the Cortiva Muscular Therapy Institute in 2007. She continued her exploration and training through Trager work, Zero Balancing, and is certified in Thai Yoga massage, and prenatal work. She has also trained with Tom Myers, world authority on bodywork and analysis of human anatomy.
Furthering her love of life-long learning and passion for the healing arts, Natalia is currently studying Holistic Psychology and Dance Therapy at Lesley University to gain deeper understanding of the mind-body relationship. She has a desire to help those in need through alternative means, and takes a special interest working with trauma victims and addicts. Natalia truly believes that massage is a necessary step towards personal transformation.
Her dance background has fueled her interest in alignment and centeredness of the body and she enjoys working holistically with her clients to help them achieve a balance of mind, body, and spirit. Her goal is to provide a caring, unique experience for her clients by tailoring sessions to each individual.
Natalia is available on Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
