Bob graduated from East West College of Massage Therapy in Portland, Oregon in 1978 and has been practicing for 30+ years as a licensed professional bodyworker ever since.
Kris holds a B.A. in biology from Franklin Pierce University and has specialized advanced training in traditional Pancha Karma Ayurvedic therapies from both the world-renowned Kripalu Yoga Centre in Lenox, MA and the Jiva Academy of Vedic Sciences in Haryana, India.
Cara graduated from the professional massage therapy program at Cortiva, with training in various modalities including swedish/relaxation, myofascial, and sports massage.
Kathleen specializes in: Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Prenatal Massage, and Reiki and is a 2003 graduate of the Muscular Therapy Institute, where she joined the faculty in 2005.
Jan has practiced massage for 18 years. Through extensive training in numerous bodywork modalities she is adept at addressing individual needs and concerns of her clients. She enjoys dealing with pain syndromes, headaches, and back and neck injuries.
Orion finds value and enjoys helping people who are in need of relief. Having experienced first-hand how much a back injury or a neck pain can interfere with one’s quality of life; he pays particular attention to what’s going on in your body and finds the best way to bring you relief. Orion is also a certified yoga instructor with extensive knowledge in body mechanics.
Since graduating from the Galen Institute of Massage Therapy in 2002, Rochele has felt strongly that her treatments should leave her clients feeling balanced and ready to face the day. She uses strong and steady lengthening techniques to reduce tension which allows her clients to feel relaxed even when receiving deep pressure.
Mary’s work focuses on the connection between the nervous system and the musculoskeletal systems; she believes the true power of massage lies in deeply relaxing the body so it can begin to heal itself.
Jeffrey specializes in treating soft tissue strains resulting from sports, general injuries, or poor posture. He uses deep tissue, Trigger point, stretching, postitional release, and gentle massage in his sessions. His current training is preparing him to offer Structural Integration bodywork, an advanced approach to reversing long-term effects of injury and trauma.
Sonja specializes in Integrative, Swedish, deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy and utilizes both her experience as a massage therapist and her intuitive touch to renew levels of self-awareness and assist in the removal of physical and emotional barriers.

She enjoys doing everything from gentle relaxation massage for those of us who just need to de-stress to deep tissue massage for athletes who suffer from pain due to the overuse of muscles and joints.
Tara is a triathlete and enjoys working with athletes. She understands how and where their aches and pains are coming from, and offers many modalities to help resolve the issues including Thai Massage, Reflexology, Positional Therapy and Reiki.
David is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist with a Masters degree from the New England School of Acupuncture; studies Qigong, a Chinese form of movement and meditation classically practiced to cultivate healing energy; and is an avid martial artist.
