Cara graduated from the professional massage therapy program at Cortiva, with training in various modalities including swedish/relaxation, myofascial, and sports massage.

Having experienced first-hand how much a back injury or a neck pain can interfere with one’s quality of life; he pays particular attention to what’s going on in your body and finds the best way to bring you relief. Orion is also a certified yoga instructor with extensive knowledge in body mechanics.
Since graduating from the Galen Institute of Massage Therapy in 2002, Rochele has felt strongly that her treatments should leave her clients feeling balanced and ready to face the day. She uses strong and steady lengthening techniques to reduce tension which allows her clients to feel relaxed even when receiving deep pressure.
Jeffrey specializes in treating soft tissue strains resulting from sports, general injuries, or poor posture. He uses deep tissue, Trigger point, stretching, postitional release, and gentle massage in his sessions. His current training is preparing him to offer Structural Integration bodywork, an advanced approach to reversing long-term effects of injury and trauma.
