45 Minute Session
A focus on one or two related areas of tension:
- headache or migraine
- chronic RSI
- chronic backache (follow-up session)
- recent injury
- relax and de-stress
- sports tune-up (more inclusive)
1 Hour Session
A focus on one or two related areas of tension:
- Standard duration for a full-body massage
- Headache and in need of a massage
- Relax, de-stress, and re-energize
Minimum time required for the following specific treatments:
A follow-up session for a specific structural imbalance:
- Prenatal
- Acupuncture
- Shiatsu
- Thai bodywork
- Ayurvedic (Abhyanga or Vishesh)
- Hot stone massage
- Rehab Myotherapy

75 Minute Session
- More thorough full-body massage
- More inclusive Structural bodywork
- Recommended for deep tissue massage of chronic pain areas
90 Minute Session
A focus on one or two related areas of tension:
- Minimum requirement for Couple Massage Instruction
- A full-body massage with extra time for face, scalp, hands, and feet
Initial sessions for specific treatment requiring detailed health histories:
- Acupuncture
- Structural Integration bodywork
- AYURVEDIC SACRED STONE MASSAGE
